Information PMGS collects

PMGS may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, website address, preferred contact method, project goals, service selections, budget, timeline, consultation preferences, messages, and files you upload. When you use the website, PMGS or its hosting and security providers may also receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps, and website activity needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Sensitive information and file uploads

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, private access credentials, full payment-card details, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information through a quote form, consultation form, chat, email, or file upload unless PMGS specifically requests it through an approved secure method. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to provide any personal information, business records, images, logos, or other materials belonging to another person or organization.

How information is used

PMGS may use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project needs, recommend services, prepare and administer quotes and agreements, schedule consultations, communicate with clients, perform and support approved work, process approved transactions, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot the website, enforce applicable terms, protect PMGS and its clients, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Payments and financial information

Payment-card and eligible bank-payment details are entered into and processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider under that provider's privacy and security practices. PMGS does not request that clients email card information and does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through this website. PMGS may retain transaction references, invoice information, payment status, and records reasonably necessary for accounting, support, dispute management, and legal compliance.

Service providers and permitted disclosures

PMGS may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, forms, file storage, email delivery, scheduling, communications, analytics, accounting, and payment processing. These providers may process information only as needed to perform their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PMGS may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, protect rights, safety, property, or operations, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, sale, transfer, or reorganization of the business.

No sale of personal information

PMGS does not sell personal information as a standalone product. PMGS also does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If PMGS materially changes these practices, this policy will be updated and any legally required choices or notices will be provided.

Cookies, logs, and third-party technology

The website and its providers may use necessary cookies, server logs, and similar technologies to deliver pages, preserve functionality, detect abuse, understand performance, and maintain security. Third-party services linked from or used by the website, including Stripe and scheduling, hosting, or communication providers, operate under their own privacy policies. PMGS is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content of third-party websites or services.

Data security

PMGS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled. However, no website, email, transmission method, storage system, or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure. You submit information at your own risk and should use an approved secure method for confidential materials. If PMGS becomes aware of an incident requiring notice, PMGS will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Retention

PMGS retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including project administration, client support, accounting, tax, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained when required or permitted by law, contract, backup practices, or legitimate business needs.

Your privacy choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. PMGS may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. A request may be limited or denied when information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual, legal, or recordkeeping purposes, or when applicable law permits an exception.

Submitting and verifying privacy requests

Privacy requests may be submitted using the phone number or email address listed below. Describe the request and identify the email address or other information associated with your PMGS interaction. PMGS may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, locate relevant records, prevent fraud, and verify authority. PMGS will respond within the time required by applicable law. If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision, you may request reconsideration using the same contact information and clearly label the message Privacy Request Appeal.

Authorized agents

Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a privacy request on your behalf. PMGS may require written authorization, proof of the agent's identity and authority, and direct verification from the person whose information is involved before processing the request.

Email, text, and marketing choices

PMGS may send service-related communications about inquiries, appointments, quotes, projects, payments, security, or support. Promotional email or text communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using an available unsubscribe method or contact PMGS to withdraw marketing consent. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service-related communications.

AI-assisted tools

PMGS may use approved artificial intelligence and automation tools to assist with drafting, design concepts, content organization, website reviews, research, workflow support, and other business services. PMGS limits the information submitted to such tools based on the task and provider. Clients must not provide confidential, regulated, proprietary, or sensitive information for AI-assisted processing unless PMGS has expressly approved an appropriate method. AI-assisted output may require human review and is not guaranteed to be error-free, unique, or suitable for every purpose.

Client-provided information and materials

Clients and website visitors are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they submit and for having all permissions, licenses, releases, and authority required to provide customer lists, employee information, photographs, testimonials, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, account access, or other third-party materials. PMGS may decline, remove, or stop processing materials that appear unlawful, unauthorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with an agreement or policy.

Processing locations

PMGS and its service providers may process or store information in Florida, elsewhere in the United States, or in other jurisdictions where approved providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between locations. PMGS uses providers and safeguards appropriate to the services involved, subject to applicable law and provider terms.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business owners and adults seeking PMGS services and is not directed to children under 13. PMGS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If a parent or legal guardian believes a child has submitted such information, contact PMGS so the matter can be reviewed.

Changes to this policy

PMGS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The effective date will be revised when the policy changes. When required by applicable law, PMGS will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using previously collected information for a materially different purpose.

Applicable law

This policy is intended to operate under applicable United States and Florida law. Additional privacy rights may apply based on where you live or how PMGS processes information. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit a right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
